Removable braces can be removed when eating, exercising and brushing your teeth and usually do not have to be worn all day. Especially in the alternating dentition they can be easily adjusted and still have a great effect with reliable wearing!
The various apparatuses can be used, for example, to broaden the palate, to pre-displace the lower jaw, to straighten the incisors and to block soft tissue. Prognostically favorable growth patterns can thus be promoted, rather unfavorable growth patterns can be inhibited in order to possibly avoid more complex therapies in adulthood.
