Projektbeschreibung:
Ziel des Projektes ist die Neuentwicklung eines evidenzbasierten Zusatzmoduls „Sozialpsychiatrischer Dienst und psychosoziale Notfallversorgung“, das inhaltlich an die S3-Leitlinie „Psychosoziale Therapien bei schweren psychischen Erkrankungen“ anschließt. Formale Synergien werden durch eine bestehende breite Konsensus- und Expertengruppe sowie durch die leitlinienbegleitende Arbeitsgruppe Impuls aus Betroffenen- und Angehörigenvertreter:innen genutzt. Das Zusatzmodul zielt darauf, die Kompetenzen eines Teilbereiches des ÖGD, dem Sozialpsychiatrischen Dienst, in enger Verbindung mit der gesamten psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutischen Versorgungslandschaft, evidenzbasiert zu stärken. Durch die abgeleiteten Empfehlungen soll überregional einheitliches Handeln in diesem Feld unterstützt werden. Das Zusatzmodul findet über verschiedene Leitlinienprodukte wie eine digitale Leitlinienversion (MagicApp), die Online-Wissensplattform (https://www.thera-part.de/), die Wartezimmerversionen und die Patientenleitlinie Eingang in die Disseminationsstrategie der Mutter-Leitlinie.
Dabei geht es um die Optimierung und Standardisierung der Aufgaben des Sozialpsychiatrischen Dienstes bei der Beratung und Betreuung von psychisch kranken Menschen und ihren Angehörigen, um die psychosoziale Notfallversorgung und die Krisenintervention sowie um die Versorgung und Betreuung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen im häuslichen Umfeld im Sinne der Planung und Koordination von Einzelfallhilfen.
Durch die Verankerung des Zusatzmoduls in der S3-Leitlinie „Psychosoziale Therapien bei schweren psychischen Erkrankungen“ erfolgt eine Anbindung der Aufgaben des Sozialpsychiatrischen Dienstes in einem umfänglicheren psychiatrischen und psychosozialen Kontext; gleichzeitig kann dieses Zusatzmodul Eingang in eine zukünftige umfassende ÖGD-Leitlinie finden.
The goal of this project is to develop a new evidence-based supplementary module titled “Social Psychiatric Services and Psychosocial Emergency Care," which aligns with the content of the S3 guideline “Psychosocial Therapies for Severe Mental Illnesses". Formal synergies are built on an existing broad consensus and expert group, as well as through the “AG Impuls"— a working group comprising representatives of patients and their families—that supports the guideline. The supplementary module aims to strengthen the competencies of the Social Psychiatric Service in an evidence-based manner in close collaboration with the entire psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of the public health system. The resulting recommendations are intended to support consistent action across regions in this field. The supplementary module is integrated into the dissemination strategy of the original guideline through various guideline variations, such as a digital guideline version (MagicApp), an online knowledge platform (https://www.thera-part.de/), waiting room versions, and the patient guideline.
This involves optimizing and standardizing the tasks of the Social Psychiatric Service in the counseling and care of people with mental illness and their families, providing psychosocial emergency care and crisis intervention, as well as the care and support of people with mental illness in their home environment in terms of planning and coordination of case-specific assistance. By incorporating the supplementary module into the S3 guideline “Psychosocial Therapies for Severe Mental Illnesses," the responsibilities of the Social Psychiatric Service are integrated into a broader psychiatric and psychosocial context. At the same time, this supplementary module can be incorporated into a future comprehensive public health guideline.
