Who we are Find a job Better developed Structured familiarisation concept for new employees The first day at the University of Leipzig Medical Center begins with an introductory event (EVA) for all new employees. Familiarisation with the new area of work and tasks is supervised by an experienced colleague, using specific orientation documents for a good start and integration into the new team.
