Makroskopie

​​​​Makroskopie​ ​

Der Begriff Makroskopie setzt sich aus den Worten „Makro” und „skopein” (sehen) zusammen. Es ist der Zweig der Anatomie, der sich mit den mit bloßem Auge sichtbaren Strukturen befasst. Der Großteil unseres Körpers ist uns makroskopisch unbekannt, denn er besteht aus Wasser, Proteinen und Salzen, also Schleim. In diesen schleimigen Leib sind die Zellen eingebettet. Sie bilden ihn, sie halten ihn, sie sind die Träger des Lebens bis zum Tod. Das heißt jedoch nicht, dass die Zellen die Form ausmachen.

Diesem Wunderwerk wenden wir uns zu.
Wir nutzen MRT, wir präparieren, wir stellen Schnitte her und machen das Präparat durchsichtig. Wir verbessern diese Methoden.

Ein Meilenstein in der Anatomie und mittlerweile ein Klassiker ist der erste anatomische faszien-Atlas, der 2015 von der Paduaer Anatomin Carla Stecco publiziert wurde. 2018 erschien in unserem Hause ein weiterer, sehr bildorientierter Atlas in gemeinsamer Arbeit mit der Fotografin Anna Katharina Rowedder aus Neumünster. In diesem Atlas zeigen wir durch "Faszien" gebildeten Räume des Schleims. In diesen Räumen befinden sich die Organe der systematischen Anatomie. Wenn man die systematische Anatomie beherrscht, kann der Atlas dabei helfen, die topographischen Räume und deren Funktion zu ergründen.
