As part of the LeiCeM Head office, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing general administrative office tasks and professional communication internally and externally, in English and German
- Handling of all administrative processes within the LeiCeM Head office, e.g filing of documents and mail, ordering, procurement and billing, recruitment documents
- Coordinating appointments
- Support in organising and executing scientific events (workshops, meetings, conferences)
- Welcoming guests and assisting with the onboarding of international employees
